I offer 2nd Class, 2nd Class Signed For & Local Collection from Langold.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please message me if you're wanting to bulk order so I can get a cheaper postage deal for you.
Return to Sender
If your item has been sent back to me due to various reasons, ie. recipient didn't collect from Post Office Depot, Incorrect address etc, then you as the customer are liable for new delivery charges
Missing Orders
Please contact me if your order hasn't turned up and I will look into this for you
Customs & import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges on non customised or personalised orders. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
