CUSTOM ORDER EXTRA FEES
Once you have signed off a Custom Order from the preview I sent, this is printed ready for dispatch/collection. An added fee will be charged to any order if you ask for amends once the order has been printed. This is to cover my extra time + ink/paper costs.
The paint on the mat can fade over time. The paint is not 100% permanent as it can fade due to the weather and also from being walked across frequently. To pro long your mats life try to keep as dry as possible - the more wear and tear the more fading. There is no guarantee that your painted doormat will last forever and when purchasing you must take this into consideration.
FREE GIFT OVER £25 SPEND
All orders over £25 will receive a free gift, this will be picked at random on the day of shipment. It could be anything from a print, greetings card, keyring etc. Customer's cannot choose the free gift. Not available with some new products coming to the Boutique soon - this will be clarified once they have launched.

To complete your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
